Game depicts the Battle of Brandywine, September 11th 1777. Southeastern Pennsylvania. Along Brandywine Creek.
A finished prototype. Four 11 by 14- inch prints of a hand painted map and hand cut playing pieces. 21- page rulebook. 6 game charts. The test plays I made while designing were interesting, if you like board wargaming. 16 turns to the scenario. Not that many pieces so it plays fairly quickly. Rules for the game are similar to Avalon Hill games from the 1960's. A generalized map of the Brandywine battlefield. My version of the map is based off of two maps, one older and one newer.
